Head Flexpoint 6 (Performance Racquet) Racquet Composition & Technologies: Powered by Liquidmetal, Flexpoint technology is breaking the rules of traditional racquet design with two precisely engineered control holes (positioned at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock), giving the racquet a revolutionary new flexpoint. During ball impact, the racquet forms a “cup” that surrounds the ball. Dwell time is increased and control is maximized. Features Liquidmetal Technology: Liquidmetal material is applied to four strategic areas of the racquet’s head and is the only material that utilizes all the energy your swing generates. Due to its liquid atomic structure, no energy is lost on ball impact. Liquidmetal makes the difference: The secret of Liquidmetal’s performance is its liquid atomic structure. The unique Liquidmetal atomic structure does not deform on impact, resulting in ultimate energy return. The unique Liquidmetal atomic structure is 2 ½ times stronger than titanium and delivers 29% more power. Features Total Sweetspot Construction which extends the sweetspot throughout the entire racquet head resulting in ultimate control. Features the NoShox dampening system which consists of a newly developed memory foam which is integrated into the racquet handle. NoShox significantly reduces racquet vibrations by more than 27% compared to conventional racquets. Features Head’s Integrated String Dampener (ISD) fixed onto the grommets, reduces string vibration. Grip: Head Hydrosorb grip features a twin-channel system for the ultimate in comfort and airflow. Power perforations create optimal moisture reduction. High-tack elastomer creates a tacky surface that ensures firm grip. Swing/Player Type: The 102” headsize provides easy handling, great maneuverability and gives ultimate control allowing players to hit the ball exactly where they want it to go. The 112” headsize has a large sweetspot which gives solid feel and touch for a perfect feel.
